Occupation:    Associate Pastor, Paramedic, Firefighter

Children:    Haley- 1993
Cassandra- 1995

Comments:    1988-1992. Served time in the military, after that some odd jobs.

1993- (in order this year)Became an EMT, Had first daughter, became a Christian, got married to my wonderful wife Tammie, and baptized. It was a good year :)

1995- Went to school and became a paramedic- the year my second daughter was born. Started working at Medix Ambulance Service

1999- Recieved call to ministry. It was the end of the service and I was in prayer about what Pastor Ed Day had preached about, when I heard God say, "Study to show yourself approved, and I will make you a minister to my people." I know it probably sounds wierd to most people, but God is the same yesterday, today and forever, and if HE spoke to people in the bible, HE can speak to us today. After all, HE used a donkey to correct a prophet! (Num 22)
Three years later, I was the associate/interim pastor of that church...

2001-2005 Worked in ministry (unpaid) Lakeshore Tabernacle while working a full time job and a part time job.

2007- present. Work at Paratech Ambulance Service, Bristol Fire Department, and am Associate Pastor of Evangelism at Prayer House Assembly of God.

School Story:    School was a bit of a haze, and I was a disappointment at Bradford. I could have done so much better as I've not scored below a high "B" in college, but booze, girls, and partying had my attention.

However, I loved playing football, and had some good friends.

Between the military and my faith in Christ, my life has radically changed for the better.

School story's...hmm....
The incredible courage shown by Mr Don Moerke in having cerebral palsy and teaching. One of my greatest regrets from school is never telling him how much I admired him for that.

Mr Becker calling my girlfriend at the time a chubby slut....and me responding with some rather unkind and profane comments (which lead to)
Sitting in the office waiting to talk to the dean (again)
Playing football. Loved that.
Living on my own at 16, working and trying to make it to school. Didn't work and ended up dropping out after a very brief stint at Reuther.

Military Service:    Army

A picture of me getting my "License to Preach" from the Assemblies of God.

As you can see, I'm (at least) twice the man I was in high school...

You'll have to forgive me, I've developed a very self deprecating sense of humor.

One of the things I've learned in life- if you can't laugh at yourself first, you don't deserve to laugh at anyone else!

Me fighting my first fire

(Yes, that is a third chin! I'm great for being the backup guy....takes a lot of water pressure to push the fat guy around!)

Graduated from being a "probie" on the fire department, and trying on my new helmet!
